Registered Dietitian / Kitchen Manager

Little Rock, AR
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility required for occasional oversight outside of regular hours) Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Nutrition Department and Food Service Associates in our Cafeteria. Your management skills will be essential in setting and achieving ambitious goals for the department.

Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of the Kitchen's daily operations, overseeing every aspect from food service and sanitation to procurement and inventory management. Your focus on efficiency and effectiveness will drive operational excellence across the board.

Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of professionals, ensuring that each member is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their role. Your management prowess will foster a high-performing culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.

Training & Development: Implement comprehensive training programs to onboard new employees and enhance the skills of existing team members. Your commitment to continuous learning and development will ensure that our team remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Nutritional Expertise: Utilize your expertise as a Registered Dietitian to provide tailored nutrition care to our adolescent patient population. Your insights and guidance will be instrumental in promoting health and wellness among our patients and their families.

Operational Oversight: Exercise keen oversight of all food service operations, including staffing levels, sanitation protocols, supply chain management, and food quality control. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will uphold our standards of excellence at all times.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics (Required)
License: Registered Dietitian in the State of Arkansas
