We are seeking a professional and qualified individual to fill a position with a busy medical clinic located in Little Rock, AR.
 
Position Overview:
 
The Medical Sales/Community Development Representative will be responsible for sales, business development, and community relationships. The representative will also be required for daily planning and reporting duties as necessary.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Closing corporate/employer accounts and developing strong relationships with patient referral sources.
  • Identifying and closing corporate accounts, targeting HR managers, safety managers, and other key decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).
  • Developing relationships with key organizations in the region that are potential/current referral sources.
  • Documenting daily the sales and account activities in to CRM.
  • Weekly and monthly dashboard reporting of activities and status of current initiatives.
  • Weekly and monthly calls with management to track process and discuss priorities.

  • Sales experience with a record of successful sales.
  • Existing relationships throughout the local community.
  • Ability to achieve targets independently with minimal oversight and conduct 75% or more work days in the field with customers and flexible work hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or other relevant major OR 4+ years’ relevant sales experience.
