Medical Call Center Rep

Call Center Employee serves as the liaison between practices and patients, is the primary representation of the departments. The Call Center is a high-volume, fast-paced department, answering 1000+ calls per day for a busy specialty practice with multiple locations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact with ancillary departments and provider practices
Provide exceptional customer service and superb communication between patients and departments
Enter referral data into the assigned database system throughout every date
Schedules and confirms appointments from callers
Reschedules appointments when Physician and/or patient schedule changes
Confirms patient information and enters changes into computer system

Monday through Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm


Required Qualifications :
  • Centralized Scheduling or Medical Call Center Experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in answering multi line phones
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
