Position Summary/Purpose
20-year-old local business looking to add a full-time employee to manage the books. This is a small, healthy, and growing businesses looking for someone who can manage A/R, A/P, month-end reconciliation, basic payroll, customer invoicing, and similar tasks. The bookkeeper will work closely with the businesses’ general manager. In addition to the general manager and this bookkeeper position we are seeking to fill, there are 5-6 operational employees on staff at the company.

· Proven experience in the broad functions of bookkeeping across different areas (A/R, A/P, sales taxes, payroll, month-end close and reconciliation, etc.)
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Knowledge of general office procedures and standard accounting principles
