Job Description:
The Bin Consultant role begins with answering the phone in a positive manner and providing exceptional customer service, consults with customers, estimates and writes quotes for projects, and provides solutions while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Book customer needs and provide quotes.
- Answer customer calls, emails, and texts with a friendly, professional, and prompt attitude.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer orders.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with driver dispatching and serve as backup for routing.
- Help GM with truck maintenance, transport to and from shop.
- Monitor company emails and capture new leads for follow-up.
- Track sales, close ratios, and follow up on leads and estimates.
- Perform some administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Computer savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- CRM software experience preferred.
- Strong order entry and processing skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Data entry experience.
- Highly organized, outgoing, and motivated with a professional and personable demeanor.
- Comfortable with speaking on the phone and building relationships.
- Trustworthy and capable of multitasking.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
- Ability to assist with basic logistics and truck maintenance support.
