A well-established and growing firm is seeking a qualified Payroll Analyst/HR Assistant to join their team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting human resources and payroll functions, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Manage and update employee benefits and respond to related inquiries
- Assist with new hire onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate HR-related events, meetings, and internal communications
- Review and verify timesheets and attendance data
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with payroll systems such as Paycom or ADP preferred
- Previous experience in HR or payroll is strongly desired
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is a plus
Compensation: $22–$24 per hour | Full-Time | Comprehensive Benefits Package
