About the Opportunity:
Growing West Little Rock law firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our placement team. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and are looking to grow your administrative career in the legal field, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform heavy data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy

  • Generate and manage internal reports for team use

  • Import and organize documents into digital filing systems

  • Handle general clerical tasks: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing (physical and electronic)

  • Prepare and edit a variety of documents, including correspondence, memos, reports, and emails

  • Support team members with special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional office experience or 2 years of higher education

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively

  • Professional appearance and consistent attendance
