Human Resources Coordinator

We’re hiring!
Growing law firm in West Little Rock is looking for a full-time HR Coordinator to help us with recruiting, onboarding, training, and payroll. If you’ve got HR and payroll experience and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit for you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Help bring in awesome new team members – recruiting, screening, onboarding, and training

  • Keep payroll and PTO tracking accurate and up to date

  • Work with leadership to make sure employees feel appreciated and supported

  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep HR operations smooth and people happy


What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's Degree is a plus)

  • At least 2 years of HR experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable

  • Comfortable working in a busy office environment
