The Job:

• Ensure seamless checkout experiences for our patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Verify and update patient information, insurance, and billing details
• Collect payments, process claims, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care and resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, reflecting our clinic's commitment to excellence
