As a Social Security Disability Case Manager, you will find rewarding work teaming up with other case managers and attorneys to move disability claims through the often-lengthy filing process with the Social Security Administration.
Daily work includes:
- Preparing applications and appeals
- Ordering medical records
- Submitting medical updates to administration
- Utilizing various SSA websites to monitor the status of cases.
- Interacting via phone with our clients, medical providers, and the team
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- At least three years of customer service experience
- Proficient with computers, email and Google Drive
- Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick thinker with the ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented with the ability to easily track documentation
- Bilingual is a huge plus!
