Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and tracking critical deadlines.
Prepare, process, and edit legal documents such as subpoenas, contracts, summonses, motions, appeals, and correspondence.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive attorney-client information.
Open new client files and coordinate conflict-of-interest checks.
Collaborate with administrative departments including IT, front desk, accounting, and other support staff.
Process billing, including preparing and proofreading billing statements and timesheets.
Strong proofreading skills with a high degree of accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
