What You’ll Do:

• Handle commercial litigation, business disputes, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.

• Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions (both dispositive and non-dispositive).

• Analyze legal issues and present clear, practical recommendations to clients.

• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver excellent results.

• Assist with administrative and business development activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
✅ Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arkansas
✅ Significant litigation experience, preferably with exposure to transactional or corporate matters
✅ Excellent research, writing, oral communication, and organizational skills
✅ A team player with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
