Job Summary:
As our HR Generalist, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR! You'll work closely with our team to recruit top talent, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting, develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns, investigate and resolve employee relations issues, and champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits & Compensation Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, manage open enrollment, and assist with compensation analysis.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and partner with our Safety Director and General Counsel to support OSHA compliance and safety training initiatives.

HR Administration & Systems: Maintain our HRIS, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with experience in the construction, manufacturing, or a similar industrial/blue-collar environment strongly preferred.

Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices, and familiarity with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures highly desirable.

- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
