Healthcare Data Analytics Lead

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 depending on years of experience.
Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you'll develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical, operational, and strategic initiatives. Your expertise in healthcare analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence will help us optimize efficiency, support clinical care, and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Excel and SQL
Analyze large datasets from EHRs, financial systems, and other healthcare systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver timely, accurate insights
Translate complex healthcare data into clear, concise metrics
Monitor KPIs and create standardized and ad hoc reports to support value-based care and quality initiatives
Support automated reporting processes and self-service BI capabilities
Lead data initiatives to track performance metrics and support decision-making
Manage cross-functional projects, including new clinic openings and service line expansion
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Public Health, Health Information Management, or Business Intelligence (Master's Preferred)
2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, or BI
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and working with EHR data/reporting
Strong understanding of healthcare metrics and workflows
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
