Front Office Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front Office Coordinator to join a busy law firm in West Little Rock! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized and has a keen eye for detail.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls 

  • Help staff with basic administrative tasks

  • Handle filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Sort and deliver mail

  • Run occasional office errands

  • Keep things on track by following directions and meeting deadlines

What we’re looking for:

  • Detail-oriented and dependable

  • Able to work independently and handle multi-step tasks

  • A positive attitude and good communication skills
