Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive examinations, conduct and interpret diagnostic testing, develop care plans.
• Orders diagnostic testing, skin biopsies, laboratory, x-ray, and/or other non-invasive diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Initiate collaboration with supervising physicians, referrals to appropriate physicians or other health care professionals of problems that exceed the PAs scope of practice.
• Maintains communication with referring physicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
• Counsel patients on conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures, adjusting communication as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes in accordance with practice protocols

Qualifications
• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state licensure as Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse and RN in the state of Arkansas
• Maintains current CPR (BLS) certification
