Office Manager

Little Rock, Arkansas

Locally owned and operated CPA firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations, client service, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and values a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bank deposits and maintain time/billing records

  • Manage general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations

  • Prepare payroll tax reports and process income tax returns

  • Maintain company database, prepare client reports, and support client service needs
  • Provide notary services as needed

  • Manage incoming/outgoing communications (email, phone, mail)

  • Perform general office support and administrative duties

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks

  • Experience with individual tax preparation
  • Experience with entry level IT support a bonus!
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and customer service abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • $24–$27/hour, depending on experience

  • Health insurance (90% paid by employer)
