Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Little Rock, Arkansas

Locally owned and operated CPA firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support daily operations, client service, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and values a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bank deposits and maintain time/billing records

  • Manage general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations

  • Prepare payroll tax reports and process income tax returns

  • Maintain company database, prepare client reports, and support client service needs
  • Provide notary services as needed

  • Manage incoming/outgoing communications (email, phone, mail)

  • Perform general office support and administrative duties

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks

  • Experience with individual tax preparation
  • Experience with entry level IT support a bonus!
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and customer service abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22 - $24/hour, depending on experience

  • Additional compensation for Health Insurance

  • Retirement plan
