Family-owned service company with over 30 years of service to Central Arkansas is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to assist with the growth of their business.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with customers regarding appointments, scheduling and inspections
  • Data Entry/Scanning/Filing
  • Creating and updating files and other various administrative tasks.
  • Answer, screen and route incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; take accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Must be self-motivated and able complete tasks quickly and efficiently
