What You’ll Do

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Oversee month-end and year-end close
• Manage A/R, A/P, budgeting, and compliance
• Provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights
• Strengthen financial processes as the company grows

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Manufacturing or retail experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and strong financial acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively with ownership and leadership
