Job responsibilities include:
- Answer switchboard calls as soon as possible and direct those calls to the appropriate department
- Take messages and ensure those messages are given to the appropriate contact
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, external contacts and staff members
Hours: This is a full-time position and is scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Experience:
- Clinical experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of EPIC Electronic Medical Records software is preferred, but not required
- General understanding of medical terminology
