- Warmly greet residents and guests upon entry and exit and provide needed assistance
- Aid residents in getting their mail, luggage, and groceries
- Assure parking spaces are utilized properly
- Assure no blocking of driveways and entrances
- Respond to phone calls, requests, questions, and other needs appropriately and in a friendly, professional manner
- Document all issues and copy Property Manager/Property Assistant
- Maintain a clutter free lobby and ensure safe entry/exit for all visitors/staff
- Report any facility issues such as leaking water pipes or broken/damaged equipment
- Deliver newspapers to residents
- Become knowledgeable of the building rules and regulations
- Demonstrate integrity when handling building security and access codes
- Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with the residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and fellow employees
