Receptionist

Local CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, and a key support partner for our operations team. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with basic tax preparation and bookkeeping tasks
  • Enter data into accounting and tax software
  • Scanning client paperwork, mailing, etc.
  • Support the team with scheduling, client intake, and office organization
  • Provide extra support during busy tax season, including some overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
