Position Overview
The Manager delivers streamlined facility operations, drives occupancy performance, manages customer relations, and ensures the property aligns with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures.
• Execute storage rentals and account adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized facility.
• Conduct daily lock checks and property-wide inspections.
• Monitor networked access systems, gate controls, lighting, and cameras.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct tours and convert inquiries into rentals.
• Process payments and reconcile daily deposits.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain signage.
Work Environment
Office-based role with daily outdoor inspections; must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate $17-18/hr, performance incentives, paid time off, holidays, and growth opportunities.
