What You’ll Do
Draft motions, briefs, and litigation documents
Conduct research tied to real strategy, not busywork
Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Develop and demonstrate strong public-speaking skills in hearings and depositions
Manage your caseload responsibly, balancing deadlines, client communication, and billable-hour requirements
Work closely with partners on case development and litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
JD from an accredited law school
Active Arkansas Bar license
1–3 years of legal experience (litigation preferred but not required)
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and public-speaking abilities
A proactive mindset and desire for hands-on litigation experience
Ability to manage caseloads, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve billable-hour expectations
Someone who wants to grow, take initiative, and be part of a collaborative team
