Nationally recognized litigation firm based in Little Rock seeking an Associate Attorney to grow with their team. Firm provides high-caliber discovery, mediation, trial, and appellate services to the risk industry, the business community, and the Arkansas bar.

What You’ll Do 

• Draft motions, briefs, and litigation documents
• Conduct research tied to real strategy, not busywork
• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Develop and demonstrate strong public-speaking skills in hearings and depositions
• Manage your caseload responsibly, balancing deadlines, client communication, and billable-hour requirements
• Work closely with partners on case development and litigation strategy

What We’re Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Arkansas Bar license
• 1–3 years of legal experience (litigation preferred but not required)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and public-speaking abilities
• A proactive mindset and desire for hands-on litigation experience
• Ability to manage caseloads, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve billable-hour expectations
• Someone who wants to grow, take initiative, and be part of a collaborative team
