Locally owned pediatric care facility seeking a highly organized and professional Client Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients, parents and providers. This fast-paced role is essential to creating a positive client experience while managing scheduling, intake, insurance verification, records, billing support, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake process for new clients
- Coordinate scheduling and provider caseloads
- Maintain waitlists and communicate with clients regularly
- Verify insurance benefits and authorizations
- Process payments, invoicing, and account balances
- Maintain medical records and process record requests (HIPAA compliant)
- Order supplies and assist with office upkeep
- Support clinic operations and provider productivity
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year previous medical front office experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and dependability
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation
- $16.00 to $18.00 DEO

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
