Parts Manager

A family-owned service company with over 45 years in business is seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a stable, well-established organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily parts ordering and inventory levels
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory shipments
  • Track inventory using company software
  • Coordinate purchase approvals with company leadership
  • Provide accurate reporting on inventory costs and movement
  • Complete administrative paperwork related to contract purchases and financing agreements
  • Maintain organization and accountability within the parts and toner inventory areas

Qualifications:

  • Inventory management or purchasing experience required
  • Comfortable handling large-dollar purchases ($100,000+)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with inventory software or the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional communication skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
