Parts Manager
A family-owned service company with over 45 years in business is seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a stable, well-established organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily parts ordering and inventory levels
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory shipments
- Track inventory using company software
- Coordinate purchase approvals with company leadership
- Provide accurate reporting on inventory costs and movement
- Complete administrative paperwork related to contract purchases and financing agreements
- Maintain organization and accountability within the parts and toner inventory areas
Qualifications:
- Inventory management or purchasing experience required
- Comfortable handling large-dollar purchases ($100,000+)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory software or the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional communication skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
