West Little Rock law firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, is highly organized, and has prior experience supporting attorneys in a litigation environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Greet clients and visitors
- Manage attorney calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain and monitor court deadlines and litigation calendars
- Track hearings, filing deadlines, discovery deadlines, and other critical dates
- Draft and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
- Open and maintain client files
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation
- Maintain electronic and physical case files
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and documents
Qualifications
- Previous Receptionist experience a must
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Litigation Assistant preferred
- Must have experience with court calendaring and deadline management
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with case management software is a plus
