Registered Medical Assistant | Primary Care Physician 
Apex Staffing + our client team are looking for a team-player RMA to join a supportive primary care clinic!

Schedule: 7:45am - 4:45pm, Monday - Friday. No weekends, no nights.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What you’ll do:

• Welcome and room patients, take vitals, and prep charts so visits run smooth
• Assist the physician with minor procedures, injections, immunizations, and EKGs
• Handle clinical phone calls and paperwork as directed by the provider
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional communication with patients + coworkers
• Support the whole team: pitch in where needed to keep workflows and patient experience strong
• Use EMR daily to document care accurately

What you need:

• Certified Medical Assistant diploma required
• CMA candidates must be eligible for Registered status within 90 days of hire
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records required
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset
