Clinic RN - OB/GYN
Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Pay: $30–$35/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a competent, compassionate, and highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with OB/GYN experience to join a well-established women’s health clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to women throughout their healthcare journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN seeking a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a women’s health/OB/GYN clinic setting
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, medications, and other clinical information
- Perform nursing assessments and provide appropriate patient education
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist with gynecological and obstetric procedures as needed
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, labs, imaging, and follow-up appointments
- Communicate test results and clinical information to patients in accordance with provider direction and clinic protocols
- Provide education regarding medications, procedures, prenatal care, reproductive health, and other women's health concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with physicians, providers, staff, patients, and families
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
- Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Contribute to a professional, respectful, and patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Previous OB/GYN, women's health, or related clinical experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately
