Do you love helping patients feel cared for and keeping a clinic running smoothly? Our busy specialty clinic in Little Rock is growing, and we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. RMA certification preferred, but we’ll consider experienced MAs who bring a great attitude.

Your day will include:

Patient care first: Room patients, take vitals, record medical history, and perform screenings like height, weight, and blood pressure
Support the team: Prep and stock treatment rooms, assist providers, and help with patient education
Patient flow: Return patient phone calls and call in Rx to pharmacies
Keep us organized: Clean and reset exam rooms between patients so everything is ready for the next person

What we’re looking for:

High School Diploma or GED
Current MA certification preferred — RMA a plus
At least 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant
EMR experience — you’re comfortable documenting in the system
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and positive energy
Detail-oriented and calm in a fast-paced clinic
