We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Medical Assistant to join a great team in North Little Rock. This is an opportunity to work in an ambulatory care setting where you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for patients while supporting the providers and clinical team.

What You’ll Do
As an RMA, you’ll be involved in both patient care and the day-to-day flow of the practice, including:
- Welcome and room patients while providing a warm, professional experience
- Obtain and document vital signs, medications, and chief complaints
- Provide injections as ordered by the physician, following proper clinical and documentation procedures
- Assist with in-office procedures, including preparing sterile fields and instruments
- Clean, package, label, and sterilize instruments using the autoclave
- Document patient interactions, including phone calls and follow-up
- Communicate lab and diagnostic results to patients after physician review and approval
- Maintain accurate and organized patient charts and medical records
- Protect patient and employee confidentiality at all times
- Provide attentive, age-appropriate care to patients ranging from pediatric through geriatric
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CMA, RMA, or Phlebotomy certification
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- A professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work comfortably with patients of all ages
Salary/Benefits:
$17–$18/hour
