An established day spa and medical spa is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its medical aesthetics team. This role is ideal for an RN with hands-on aesthetic experience who combines sound clinical judgment with a warm, polished approach to personalized client care.

You’ll provide aesthetic treatments, guide clients through treatment options, and help create a comfortable, attentive experience from consultation through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical aesthetic treatments within your training, scope of practice, and established protocols.
• Perform or assist with services such as Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, microneedling, and chemical peels, as qualified.
• Conduct client consultations, understand individual goals, and explain appropriate treatment options.
• Provide follow-up care and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Follow all client safety, sanitation, and treatment protocols.
• Educate clients on skincare products and at-home routines.
• Collaborate with the APRN, medical director, and spa team.
• Stay current on aesthetic treatments, skincare products, technology, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous medical aesthetics or medical spa experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with injectables, lasers, microneedling, or chemical peels preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, personable, and attentive approach to client care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continue education and training as services evolve.

Preferred Experience

Experience providing personalized care in a spa, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other client-focused setting is a plus.
