Essential Functions:
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically
  • Must have the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  •  Research questions using available information resources
  • Work well with end users by email, phone and in person and be able to follow-up to ensure issues have been resolved
  • Communicate with staff by email, phone and in person
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Will have access to confidential information and must abide by the  privacy policies, relevant laws and regulations concerning this information


  • Associate Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and training in trouble shooting and providing help desk support
  • Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10)
  • Microsoft Windows Server (2008r2, 2012, 2016)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (2010-2016)
  • Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers
