Customer Service Rep needed for a busy Little Rock group focused on delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction. 
A successful individual will have an outgoing personality, ability to work well within a team, and enjoys a fast-paced highly productive environment. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Process orders and bills of lading for shipments and invoices
  • Answer multi-line phones and obtain customer orders
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with peers, sales managers, marketing team and transportation departments
  • Set up new customer information and schedule/confirm high demand of customer orders
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in a fast paced business office setting and experience in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent Phone Customer Service Skills
Full Time Opening
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
