Accounting Manager
 
Responsibilities & Duties to include:
  • AP/AR, invoicing, payroll analysis, state & federal tax
  • Financial statement (monthly & year-end)
  • Bank reconciliation, data base management
  • Annual budget & cash flow preparation
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Provide ongoing financial analysis support to departments
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Working with CPA firm on monthly accounting and tax matters.
  • Review payroll data, prepare payroll data updates, and submit to payroll service provider.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred 
  • 5+ years  experience
  • Healthcare  or clinic experience preferred, but not required.
  •  Occasional travel to other locations possible
