We are currently seeking a Network Administrator / Help Desk Support person who will help support the computer hardware, network, and day-to-day technical operations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work collaboratively with the business to support solutions to continue our growth
  • Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading and auditing the corporate network infrastructure.
  • Maintain reliable, secure and robust operation of servers and PCs to include the following: evaluation and installation of operating systems updates, system upgrades, and resolve software and related problems
  • Monitor network, computer and disk utilization.
  • Install, configure and maintain desktops and laptops for the enterprise.
  • Administration of Email user and group accounts
  • Participate in backup and recovery procedures and processes.
  • Actively support cloud environment for custom software solutions. 
Position Requirements:
  • Understanding of connectivity between network switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Google Apps and Office 365 is a plus
  • iPhone/iPad setup
  • Laptop setup (Can be outsourced, but will involve additional fee per laptop)
  • Monitoring/Managing all mobile devices via Cisco Meraki platform
