Part Time Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will serve in an administrative pool managed by the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor and will be responsible for assisting with the receptionist function and other duties as needed. We are looking for a faith based individual eager to grow with our church family and assist in administrative functions in a 30 hour work week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and holidays off.

Work schedule:
Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 3:00pm
Fridays 8:30am - 1:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with gathering reporting information for new converts and new members joining the church family each month.
Coordinate volunteer development; scheduling appointments or training and communicating any needs or concerns within the ministry.
Events assistance including ordering and/or pick up food, supplies and other products for ministry services, activities or events as needed.
Provide administrative support to and collaborate with Pastors in preparation of funeral services and repass activities.
Data management for volunteers with names, emails, addresses and telephone numbers.
Participate in monthly administrative team meetings.

Qualifications Required:
High Diploma or GED
2 years administrative office experience
Cheerful attitude with a desire to grow and uplift others
Self-motivated with a servants heart
