As a customer service and sales professional in this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to internal support for our customers and outside sales team—think of yourself as a relationship builder and problem solver extraordinaire!
What You'll Do:
- Grow Relationships & Drive Sales: Make outbound calls to understand customer needs, craft personalized strategies, and hit growth targets. Re-energize low-performing customers with fresh ideas and solutions!
- Be the Product Expert: Answer technical and product questions, create quotes, process orders, and keep our CRM sparkling with accurate data.
- Champion Onboarding: Welcome and educate new customers on our products, making sure they get the best from us.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with outside sales and the whole team to boost regional growth and performance.
- Stay Curious: Dive into our products and services, becoming the go-to expert!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Microsoft AX, Salesforce, and WebSearch.
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Windows like a pro!

$42,000 base salary + commission structure.
