Legal Intake Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Answer inbound calls in multi-location practice
  • Perform outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up
  • Create and field intake files
  • Collect and record information from potential clients
  • Open new cases in case management software
  • Assist in various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Filing, faxing, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate team members
Qualifications:
  • Previous inbound customer service experience
  • Law firm experience is preferred, legal department experience required
  • The ability to work under pressure, use sound judgement, and seek solution to potential problems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Type a minimum of 55 words per minute
