Job Description

The Marketing Assistant supports the development and production of timely marketing and communication materials that build consistent brand identity and support strategic goals. The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing / Business Development team in fielding and organizing requests from other hospital departments, in the implementation of special projects and events, in message creation and dissemination, and in the implementation of social media on behalf of the health system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Business Administration preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with desk top publishing and social media management
As well as the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe.
 Minimum 2 years experience in the marketing, advertising, communications and/or public relations. Experience in media relations, writing, desktop publishing, event planning, website content management and social networking. Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, web-based content manager programs.
