Clinic Service Rep

Little Rock, AR
Position Duties:
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and outgoing calls
  • Build sustainable relationships with clinics and patients
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for walk in patients (delivery ticket, plan of care and other items needed to bill and meet accreditation standards with complete education of the product to the customer)
  • Verify information such as, demographic, insurance info, etc
  • Data entry of clinic supply and patient orders into electronic record

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 1 year medical call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to train others in the future
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone
  • Excellent data entry and computer skills
  • Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and able to work overtime as needed
