Digital Marketing Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate overall marketing and communications strategy related to the company’s online presence
  • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices
  • Maintain company website through Wordpress Content Management System
  • Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, and use to create future marketing strategies
  • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Public relations including social media management, developing blog articles, distribution and development of regional newsletters, email campaigns, and monitoring project news
  • Coordinate with supplier to maintain apparel/swag on company web store
  • Work with leadership and regional directors to develop and maintain yearly marketing plans
  • Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Wordpress Content Management System
  • Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
  • Copyright development and concepts
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Illustrator

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
  • 1-3 years working experience in marketing or related field
