- Act in a positive and professional manner.
- Motivate and direct office & sales employees assigned to department including interviewing, hiring, training, and promotion of employee growth.
- Regularly attend college career fairs and network with the community to bring in top talent.
- Drive process improvement, training, communication, and execution amongst the sales team to drive results and continuous improvement
- Evaluate performance and providing appropriate coaching and training as necessary, including long-term training and development plans
- Motivate your sales team to source new leads through networking, referrals, and after the sale marketing
Competitive total compensation package which includes base salary $30-32k and commission structure.
