Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Professional firm seeking administrative assistant/receptionist to support our staff, provide superior client service, and create a positive impression for our clients, guests, and colleagues.

Duties include:  
• Answer multi-line phone system and greet clients 
• Provide superb customer service to all existing and potential clients 
• Coordinate relationships and events with network of professionals and colleagues
• Provide administrative support to entire office staff 
• Administer and monitor various systematic processes related to ongoing engagements with clients
• Scan/file paper documents to electronic filing systems 

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Professional demeanor and appearance 
• Outstanding telephone skills and demeanor 
• Strong computer skills 
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent priorities
• Previous administrative and/or reception experience in a professional office setting
• Stable work history required
