Operations Project Assistant

Little Rock, AR

Growing Little Rock law firm seeking a professional Operations Project Manager. Looking for a dynamic, self-starter who is detail oriented and can meet deadlines while managing multiple projects at once. This is a great company to work for with excellent opportunities for growth!

Duties:

  • Schedule, plan and attend project meetings
  • Take notes and prepare project tasks
  • Move project tasks through the pipeline between meetings
  • Report progress in the company dashboard
  • Send out status reports to management team

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be very organized and task oriented
  • Must be a great problem solver and work well under pressure
  • Must have advance Excel skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Adobe and Google
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Two years experience with project management or operations
  • College degree preferred
