will be supporting the company in day to day operations by maintaining the office building. You will be answering phones, financial planning, scheduling, billing, logistics, along with collecting rent each month from the tenants.
- Handling incoming calls
- Coordinating with construction crew
- Processing Rent payments
- Some Bookkeeping – Quickbooks Online Filing
- Ordering office supplies
Must be proficient in Quickbooks online and Microsoft Office.
8:30am- 5pm, Monday through Friday
