Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Corporate Little Rock law firm seeking administrative assistant/receptionist to support the staff and provide amazing customer service to clients and guests.

Duties include:  
• Answer multi-line phone system and greet clients 
• Create and distribute basic legal documents
• Complete monthly billing
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
• Prepare for meetings
• Scan/file paper documents to electronic filing systems 

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Professional demeanor and appearance 
• Outstanding telephone skills and demeanor 
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Previous administrative and/or reception experience in a professional office setting
