Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for customer-facing associates and branch functions

  • Manage a team with focus on customer service, policy, and strategy implementation – collaboration with sales team

  • Manage the overall operation including hiring, performance management and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality operations

  • Work closely with all teams to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the office

  • Perform communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counseling, and mentoring associates

  • Develop and manage relationships with key vendors

  • Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs on an ongoing basis

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years leadership/management experience is required

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Business expertise with the ability to interpret marketing reports, analyzing business groups, products, and customers

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, multi-task and effectively lead through stressful situations

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

  • Strong operational ability and detail oriented is required
