Front Desk Receptionist

Premiere Little Rock real estate and property management firm seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide amazing customer service to customers and guests.

  • Answer multi-line phone and direct inquiries to appropriate department 
  • Sort and distribute mail, emails, and faxes 
  • Assist with processing invoices 
  • Collect payments and document in Excel 
  • Maintain conference room and other office areas 
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies 
  • Maintain conference room calendar
  • 2  years experience as receptionist or office clerk required 
  • Courteous and service-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills verbally
  • Computer skills required including MS Office 
  • High School Diploma required
